We hope this finds you happy & healthy. The building season is upon us. Now we need for Mother Nature to cooperate with us here in the Northwoods. Demand for people wanting work done on their homes/cottages is still very busy. We are exremely happy with the need for our services and for our customers that want us to make their dreams a reality. Requests for our services has grown so much that we have a limited amount of space in our schedule.
We are a small company with 1 crew and take pride in the quality of our work We want to make sure that the quality stays at the level that it has always been. Please keep in mind that the outdoor building season is very short here in the Northwoods, mainly due to weather related issues.
We truly appreciate considering us for your project. Hopefully the COVID issues are now in the past but Ken and his crewman Corey will be happy to wear masks inside of your home if you feel more comfortable. Just ask us!

Ken grew up in Seymour, Wisconsin on a dairy farm, so Ken is not a stranger to hard work and a good work ethic. His interest in building started with a woods class at Seymour High School. Later in high school, he was chosen by faculty to be involved in the school's " House Project". The House Project class involved 10 students that worked closely with Ken's Industrial Tech Teacher and mentor, Otto Krueger. The students worked with Mr. Krueger and community contractors to build a single family home from start to finish.
After graduating high school in 1980, Ken was employed at Carver Yacht in Pulaski, WI. His job was finishing the inside of the boat's cabin. He worked at Carver until a new owner was obtained by Carver Yacht in 1991, and a hostile takeover of the company forced the worker's to look elsewhere for work.
Ken worked at Hoida Lumber in Green Bay in the installed sales department for a number of years and then Ken decided to take the plunge into opening his own construction business
Total Renovation in 1993. Still living in Seymour, with his wife and family, Ken worked mostly in Seymour, Green Bay & Appleton.
In 2005 Ken and his wife Tina purchased land in Tomahawk and Ken built a 3 bedroom cottage. After spending time in the Tomahawk area at their cottage, Ken and Tina decided to move to Tomahawk in 2011. They were emptynesters, as their children Tiffany & Dylan were attending college. Tiffany was a student at Lawrence University Appleton, and Dylan was a student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Ken and Tina enjoy living in the Northwoods. It seems like a good fit. And of course Ken moved the business right with them. He still has many customers in the valley and customers in the valley still call him to do jobs. That is why Ken's phone number starts with 920. That way, former customers still have his phone number.
